Agreement

By using this WetWorx store and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products & prices

Products are subject to availability. WetWorx may limit quantities, discontinue products or change pricing. Prices are in South African rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Review your final order total at checkout.

Orders & payment

Orders are confirmed on receipt of payment. Available payment methods are listed at Shopify checkout. WetWorx may cancel an order, including for suspected fraud, and issue a full refund where applicable.

Shipping & returns

Delivery is within South Africa, estimated at 3–5 business days from dispatch. Courier delays, incorrect addresses and circumstances beyond WetWorx’s control may affect delivery. See our shipping page and returns policy, which form part of these terms.

Use of products

Follow the product directions. Waterless cleaning is for light dirt only. Rinse heavy mud, grit and sand first. Correct technique minimises, but does not eliminate, scratch risk.

Intellectual property

WetWorx branding, imagery and site content belong to WetWorx and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability & governing law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, WetWorx’s liability is limited to the order value and excludes indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
